How digital delivery works
Create an account, complete checkout, then open My Library after the order status is Completed. Files are not emailed as permanent links.
My Library & account access
My Library lists only products you are entitled to. Sign in with the same account used at purchase.
Download problems
If a download fails, sign in again and retry from My Library. Links expire quickly by design. Compatible format for paid files is PDF.
Download limits, expiry & updates
Limits and access windows (if configured) appear on the product page and in My Library. Product updates are reflected through version and changelog information.
Orders & refund policy placeholder
Order history lives under My Account → Orders. Refund rules are not finalized — see the draft Refund Policy page for the review placeholder. Do not treat draft text as a promise.
